Salomon XR Crossmax Neutral Weight: 297g
The Salomon XR Crossmax Neutral is a great blend of running shoe technology with a trail twist. If you are primarily a ''trail'' runner but want to get there through the urban jungle then this is your shoe. The base of this shoe is built on 3D chassis construction and incorporates the best bits of the XLab series. The upper is very minimal but holds the foot extremely well via the sensifit lacing system. The weight of this shoe is below that of a XT Wings 2 and is a great addition to the Salomon trail running shoe range.
Salomon XR Crossmax Guidance Weight: 286g
The XR Crossmax Guidance is a shoe for high mileage runners who need motion control, stable cushioning and a lightweight responsive feeling. The OS Tendon follows the medial aspect to try and provide a progressive support for runner's who tend to overpronate (roll inwards). This also creates a great fluid transition throughout the toe off phase. The rear foot has been reinforced slightly more than the XR Crossmax Neutral version. The medial posting gives this shoe a more torsionally stable platform but increases the overall weight by 20 grams
Salomon XT Wings 2 Weight: 327g
The Salomon XT Wings 2 provides an ideal balance of support, speed and power making this Salomon’s most versatile trail running shoe. Now in its second generation, the XT Wings 2 is perfectly adapted to off-road activity and endurance events like the Oxfam 100, 6 Foot Track Marathon and the Northface 100. Great for active people who excercise on varied terrain. The AC skeleton helps to hold the feet in an optimal position through the different phases of gait. The Agile Chassis tendon on the outsole of the shoe allows the shoe to transfer the energy gained from heel strike and transfer this effectively through to your propulsive phase.
Salomon Speedcross 3 Weight: 281g
Winter racing shoe with innovative climashield™ design and aggressive tread for grip on wet, sloppy trail conditions. Lightweight and durable this is perfect for getting offroad and really enjoying those trails.
