It folows on from its predecessor the 860 in similar fashion maintaining most of it's features and improving on cushioning and comfort. They achieve this with the use of "Acteva Lite®", a midsole foam 24% lighter than standard foam, made with DuPont™ Engage® and Elvaloy®. Not only is it designed for comfort but also durability. "NDurance" is a high-strength rubber used for durability in wear areas of the shoes. This shoe is comparable in support to an Asics Kayano 18.
